Nice enough. Staff are friendly and has a post office

I went to 7-11 and asked for one of the staffs to make 10 PLAIN chicken wings. And the staff doesnt even understand what i'm saying. Once i repear and explaines myself more than once what i would like, she agreed and said yes ok. She made it, once i got home i took a bite out of one wing and its buffalo flavour. I specifically said PLAIN CHICKEN WINGS. Really bad service
