It took 15 minutes to get a medium Americano because the guy was too busy chatting with people, zoning out and procrastinating.. didn't seem to know what he was doing. The place was not busy at all. Never been here before, and now I likely won't be back.

I love Blenz... but this one is awkward. Between poor access and parking; staff talk among themselves and talk 'at'the customer. Snobbery seems to have infected this particular Blenz. It's unfortunate..as the products are superior to Starbucks.
