- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I've had a consistently fantastic experience everytime I come here. I come once a week or every other week. No matter how busy it is, the staff is exceptional. I usually sit in the bar booths but one time it was super busy and I was hangry (hungry+angry). I hadn't eaten all day. The waitress rushed my order. Arrived hot and perfect. I also love how manager floats and helps out staff too when it's busy. She's super friendly. Great place to have a great meal. Also there's a magician that comes on Fridays for the kids. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★We had our anniversary dinner at this location but forgot our take out leftovers after paying the bill. We didn't notice until a couple of hours later when we got home. I called asking if they had kept our half pizza so I could pick it up but they said they threw it out after an hour and half after we left. After hearing that it was our anniversary dinner, the gentleman on the phone offered to make the same kind of pizza for us and said it would be ready for pick up in a few minutes. He didn't have to do this, but he did and it was so nice of him. The customer service that evening went above and beyond. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Great, consistent Boston Pizza food and service. The servers are friendly and attentive, and the wait for food isn't too long. Previously, they've had a magician on the busier nights. Although the wait for food was a bit longer, he provided a great few minutes of entertainment at no extra cost to us.
