  The staff here is amazing went in with my elderly mother she lives in White Rock I live in Chilliwack. My mother left her wallet in the restaurant and we were in Delta when we realized it I phoned the restaurant they confirmed it was there I picked it up with everything intact and tried to give them some money they declined. I felt compelled to write this as the food and service was excellent and in this day and age it is hard to find this honesty I will bring my family there again. Absolutely amazing people thank you from the bottom of my heart!

  Definitely a throwback to the 80's. Good family style dining with homey service. Very busy on Mothers day but excellent service.

  I was really looking forward to coming here as I have heard the food is great! I Just tried to come here for breakfast and I had some questions about the food because of some diet restrictions I have. They laughed at my questions and said "this menu is from the 80s sweetheart" with attitude. The waitress was not helpful and she made me feel very stupid for asking about the menu. I understand it is an older restaurant but I do not appreciate being ridiculed because of some allergies. We ended up leaving because of her attitude and how rude she was towards me. Will not come back.

  I love how relaxed this place is. A look and feel of how North Van was in days gone by. You can get waffles with fried chicken, and liver and onions! The food is homey, so if you're looking for down to earth, genuine servers, this is your spot.

  Eighties is one of those no nonsense restaurants where you get exactly what you expect. The service is always top notch friendly and the coffee great.
