- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Waited for 30 minutes at front desk for a RESPONSE of a wait time, didn't even make eye contact with me. Ive never been ignored in such a blunt way by so many staff for such long time. Didn't get a response at all. Very dissapointed and upset with their inability to be hospitable. As someone who works in the hospitality industry there is no excuse for such sub human treatment.
