From helping us with menu choices to handling the event, Louis, Kelly and Marnie were organized, creative, and knowledgeable in every aspect of their work. The entire menu was beautiful and delicious and the serving staff attentive, friendly, and professional. Marnie, the event coordinator, was very organized and helpful and we all enjoyed the best wedding celebration. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Came through in a pinch. Will definitely use again! We called Louis Gervais to cater a dinner for about 26...and it was on very short notice, for the week after Thanksgiving. Not only were they able to accommodate us, but the food, service, setup and teardown was incredible. Our guests at this private dinner were thrilled with the food and the service. The truffle gnocchi passed appetizer was an especially big hit. From start to finish, all of our interactions have been professional, efficient and friendly.
