  This sandwich shop has a great tasting menu for meat lovers and vegetarians. I've honestly eaten every sandwich on their menu! My favorites are the hoisin beef short rib and the roasted pork belly. The combination of the short ribs with their house made pickled vegetables is crisp, sweet, and sour. The pork belly crackling is very crispy and tastey. You also get hot Italian sausage, though you may get too much in proportion to the crackling. It's a tad pricey; all the sandwiches are $10 each. It may be justified as they try to ensure their meats are free range, non-medicated, and locally sourced. Even if the price is high, these are still very great sandwiches!

  Best sandwiches by far in Vancouver! Don't let the negative comments about the wait fool you. If you want no frills, fresh, outstanding sandwiches at a good price, it worth the wait. We had the ham, shredded beef, and pulled pork. All were excellent!
