  I came to this Tim's 10 minutes before 7 pm. Door was already locked and stuff inside refused to open even when I mentioned the time. Then the one more customers came, then another two but girl inside just kept ignoring us. That's frustrating. I hope management going to do something about this.

  Friendly people but forget about having a relatively quiet cup of coffee here. I'm not looking for silence by any means but this place has all these alarms and beeps sounding (which are just left for mins or more) it's ridiculous. No idea how the staff tolerate them. It would drive me nuts working here.

  No hasbrowns, it's only 9:51 am. Service is cold and impersonal. Offered me a donut instead, took a muffin. No acknowledgement or good morning. I rather go to McDonald's, at least more friendly.
