  Long wait, crowded place and limited seating. But, place is lovely and has wonderful design on the inside. Price is good and parking is easy. Food is yummy! especially the cheesy burger.

  Its fine... the girl there spoke English but is obviously working on it. I was the only one in there on a rainy afternoon and waited 15-20 mins for a take out burger and fries. Whatever. She was solo and it's better than having things served that aren't fresh made to order. Complain about wait times. But don't complain it isn't fresh. The burger is good. The original locations might be a little more reliable and put out a slightly more refined product, but it happens when you grow and franchise out. Burger was as ordered, nothing missing and cooled well. Fries were hot and albeit maybe a bit under seasoned. I did think it was expensive... $21 dollars for a dbl patty burger... but I added bacon and the combo... so that adds $7... plus their location is expensive rent I'm sure. They can't be less than McDonald's can they... They're a little complacent... it's dark and not very lively in there and I wouldn't say at present they're putting much effort into trying to bring customers in. Their sign wasn't even out. It's better than most burger joints in town. But it's far from perfect. The food is and should be the redeeming criteria but don't expect much more.
