  wow, since you fill out your dim sum order on a form, you wouldn't think they could deliver you dish after dish you did not order...not bring the ones you did, and then after pointing it out, deliver more than you corrected them on...and continue the game called whose is this.....it becomes such a horrible problem that the meal is ruined...then they do the bill wrong....twice...I assume as they are used to over charging all us/you stupid well to do, north shore people..they overcharge also by about double, the better dim sum restaurants do..... I have no idea, but stay clear, you will end up with heart burn from the aggravation....go to the one on 1st and renfrew, second floor, half the price, twice as good and they won't make the meal a joke of what the hell is this, and where is our.....and whose bill is this....not ours... not fun..

  There are not many Chinese Restaurants here in both West Vancouver and North Vancouver. This one, is probably the well known one, due to its locations where everyone can see. From price perspective, I would say is quite expensive. 2 people, 2 dishes, could easily go over 50CAD without 12% taxes.... Portion is ok, but not much. If you really want to enjoy Chinese meal, I would say go to Richmond... Price is way cheaper, decoration is way better, and portion is a lot more!!

  Major complaints. It took over 15 times of repeating my address for the waitress to finally figure it out....major language barrier. The delivery guy added 15% gratuity before even handing me the machine and the food was absolutely disgusting that I ended up throwing it out. Biggest waste of $40 ever. Never ordering from here again.

  Appalling service. As a white family we were greeted with frowns and whispers. We were the first at the restaurant, but roughly 6th to be serviced food, after all other Chinese families. One other white couple were not served either. Chinese families were greeted with smiles. We were not given enough chop sticks (in fact they assumed we wanted forks!), were not given enough menus, were not offers tea (unlike everyone else). The food was nice, but very highly priced, especially considering the very dated decor, and terrible service. We will never go again. I expect they are good for takeaway, but certainly not for a sit down dinner.
